Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear rules for cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes.
Starter plan
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through the OrifoneAI platform, operated by MSA Mercantile LLC, doing business as OrifoneAI. OrifoneAI offers a Starter plan at no charge. You can upgrade or cancel paid subscriptions at any time from your dashboard. No payment information is required to use the Starter plan.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel monthly subscriptions at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. After 30 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable.
Trial period
The Starter plan is free. If you upgrade, your first charge occurs on the upgrade date unless a separate trial term is shown at checkout.
How to cancel
Cancel via your dashboard: Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
Alternatively, email support@orifone.ai with the subject line "Cancel Subscription."
How to request a refund
Email support@orifone.ai with your account email address, the date of the charge in question, and a brief reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Billing disputes
Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can review and resolve billing issues quickly.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please notify us within 30 days of the charge. Disputes submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review.
No refunds for
- Usage minutes already consumed
- Add-on purchases and one-time fees
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Annual plans after the 30-day refund window
- Partial months on monthly subscriptions
